Hi Pat: Am noticing something odd with chip one on WIRC. Is it true that 
one quadrant of the chip is displayed rotated 90 degrees? It looks like 
the dither steps go opposite to the rest of the quadrants...
Had me confused for a minute, but looks ok if thats true. I assume this is 
dealt with in the pipeline?
